About 90 officials trained in both lead Asscessor Course by BSIQA, UK and Certified Quality Engineer Course by RWTUV, Germany and trained in standards such as ISO 9000, ISO 14000, SA 8000, OHSAS 18000, SEDAX, BSCI, CTPAT etc.
24 of them additionally trained in ISO 14000 EMS.
96 of them additionally trained in "Train the Trainer" Programme.

PACKAGE FOR CONSULTANCY
On receipt of enquiry, preliminary visit to the client unit made and a customer enlistment form is sent.
Depending upon the size of the unit, location and the workforce , fee is worked out and a quotation is issued.
Consultancy Team (CT) comprising two/three-trained officials with the team leader is constituted.
Regular visit on mutually agreed dates by CT till the certification.
Facilitating in certification by any reputed agency of units choice.
Training to the client unit through Awareness Programme for sensitising the employees at all levels.
Imparting in house training on Statistical Techniques and Internal Quality Audit for duration of 3/4 days each.

client units and the number of industry personnel trained is 17588.

Guiding in structuring and documenting the Systems documents viz. Quality System Manuals (QSM)., Standards Operating Procedures(SOP),and Work Instructions (WI)
Documentation is examined and advice rendered for conformity with the standards.
The non-conformities identified and advice given for rectification.
Conducting pre-assessment (consultancy audit) by trained, qualified and experienced auditors.

Starts from Rs. 50,000 depending upon factors like number of sub-units and their locations, number of activities, number of employees, complexities involved in the technology for manufacturing etc. It is on actual cost basis.
