A ginning & pressing factory interested in assessment & rating and meeting the eligibility requirements (Annexure – I), shall submit its application for registration in the prescribed proforma (Annexure - II) to Textiles Committee along with the registration fee of Rs. 5000/- and applicable rating fee. The Assessment and Rating Cell shall evaluate the proposal based on the information provided by the ginning & pressing factory in the application. If the factory is found prima facie eligible for assessment the application shall be taken up for assessment.
